Used this location for almost 3 years. Good service, fair prices, and nice facilities. Rates changed once, I was notified beforehand, and it was only a 5% increase approximately. I will use them again if I need storage in the spokane area. I didn’t properly latch my unit once and they caught it right away on a walk through. As I wasn’t going to be able to return for a couple weeks, they had to cut the lock, latch the unit, and then relock and mail me a new set of keys. They handled this very professionally and promptly while keeping me in the loop every step; I was very grateful for their help.

We rented a unit July 3, 2024 Excellent experience. Personnel are helpful, friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to work with. It was easy to sign in and rent a unit. They have a space where they can show the approximate of the inside of each unit. If it were available, I’d rate them 4.5. Four stars instead of five ONLY because of the early gate closing time for customers (9:00p.m.) I would prefer 24 hour access, but if I am limited in access hours, I would prefer it be until 10 or 11 p.m. because is not even dark at 9 pm in the summer. Sometimes we wait ’til evening when it’s cooler to go to our storage unit. Also, we almost always arrive home after a day of boating or a weekend of camping or recreation after 9 p.m. and would like to be able to put our things away. Other than that, it’s great so far.
