I always have a great experience here! I first became a customer after the facility I originally was going to use had bailed on me on moving day. I’m glad that they did because this place is a lot nicer and affordable. Michaele and Jeri recently helped me change to a different sized unit, and their customer service is amazing! They were super friendly and helpful, and my dog was happy with all of the attention too!
This storage facility is great! I have been trying to find a good spot to get my living area stored for some time now, as I am moving soon. I called different storage facilities around Spokane. Maybe it was bad luck but I did not have good experiences with their reps, and sometimes could not get ahold of anyone at all. I was able to work with Nita at this facility. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions, and she obviously knew what she was talking about. Nita even called to follow up after I hadn’t got back to her for several days, as I have had a lot going on. To be honest, I had forgotten I wanted to go with this facility until she followed up with me. I appreciate the attentiveness!! Just wanted to say props to Nita at the self storage on Foothills.
